Published on August 2nd 2007INEOS Melamines and Paraform with new combined management
INEOS has decided to run INEOS Melamines and INEOS Paraform as a combined business. Although INEOS Melamines and INEOS Paraform will continue as legally independent companies, an increased cooperation between the two companies will be implemented. Accordingly the management of the combined business was formed.
New CEO will be Wolf Hänel. He will be supported by a management team which has a global responsibility for its tasks. Members of the management team are Holger Müller as Commercial Director, Torsten Dittmer as Operations Director and Frank Papakonstantinou as CFO.
